RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For an order delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins when the last item is received.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT
Before the 14-day period expires, send Veymont & CO a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may email watchshop02-01@protonmail.com or use the model form below. Include your order number so we can identify the purchase.
You do not have to use the model form. It is sufficient to send an unambiguous statement before the deadline.
RETURNING THE GOODS
After notifying us, return the eligible goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal. We will provide return instructions by email. Under the store’s current standard return rule, eligible returns receive free return shipping.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
REFUND
We will reimburse eligible payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where required by law, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur a refund fee from us. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard option are not refundable.
EXCEPTIONS
The withdrawal right may not apply to:
• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed audio, video or software products once unsealed;
• digital content supplied before the withdrawal period ends, where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right would be lost;
• other statutory exceptions under applicable consumer law.
These exceptions do not affect your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
