OVERVIEW
This website and online store are operated by Veymont & CO, Italy. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Veymont & CO. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account and order information and for keeping credentials confidential.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Product descriptions, images and prices are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject it for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or shipment, subject to mandatory law.

PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, are disclosed before purchase. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information. Payments are processed by Shopify and/or the payment providers shown at checkout.

DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Risk passes as provided by applicable consumer law. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
EU/EEA consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases. Exceptions may apply, including personalised goods, certain sealed goods once unsealed and digital content supplied with prior consent. Our Refund Policy explains how to exercise this right. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the site unlawfully; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; submit malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or disrupt the service; or use the service to deceive others.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site content, branding, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Veymont & CO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may contain links to or rely on third-party services, including Shopify and payment, analytics and delivery providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites outside our control, subject to applicable law.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the site.

CHANGES
We may update these terms prospectively. The version applicable to an order is the version in force when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns.
